About Kerry
I'm a qualified personal trainer with a private studio, based in Chelmsford, Essex. Having struggled with my weight all of my adult life I believe that it's never too late to make a change and become the very best version of you that you can.
I aim to empower my clients on their individual fitness paths,
regardless of age, ability or starting point and support them without judgement. I focus on building strength, mindset and confidence whilst making it a fun experience.
