I became a personal trainer to pay forward the amazing support I received during my own fitness journey. Once a Size 20 until I turned 40, I decided to take charge of my health, shed 5 stone, and discovered my true passion. In 2018 I decided on a career change and qualified as a certified personal trainer through ActiveIQ.

 

Having been there myself, I understand the mental and physical hurdles that can block your path to success. I've faced them and conquered them, and I’m here to help you do the same. Fitness should be fun! When you find an activity you love, it stops feeling like a chore. My sessions are always customised to fit each person's abilities, preferences, and goals.

 

I advocate for a balanced approach to nutrition, empowering you with the knowledge to make informed food choices. I don't believe in restrictive diets or rigid meal plans. Instead, I help you develop a sustainable and balanced approach to eating, so you never have to diet again.

 

There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing people light up with confidence as they achieve things they once thought impossible, realising their own strength, fitness, and health! Building confidence through fitness is a journey of small victories. Every step, no matter how small, is a step towards a stronger, more confident you. Whether it’s lifting a weight you never thought possible, running an extra mile, or simply feeling more energetic, these achievements build up over time and transform not just your body, but your mindset. I love watching my clients break through their barriers, surprise themselves with what they can do, and carry that newfound confidence into other areas of their lives. It’s about more than just physical strength; it’s about believing in yourself and your abilities.

 

I’m passionate about helping people discover their power and potential. It’s never too late, and you’re never too old.
