Welcome to my private personal training studio in the heart of Chelmsford. My fully equipped studio boasts a range of top-quality fitness equipment tailored to meet all your training needs. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or enhance overall fitness, my dedicated space and personalised training programmes are designed to help you achieve your goals efficiently and safely. The studio provides an optimal environment for all fitness levels to thrive.

 

The studio is perfect for those clients who prefer a little privacy during sessions, or who aren't keen on joining a gym. It's a lovely, bright, air-conditioned space nestled in my garden ensuring complete privacy for my clients. We are undisturbed for the duration of your session - no one (apart from me!) will see you sweat! 

 

It's well equipped with a power rack with cable attachments, olympic barbells, a deadlifting area with bumper plates, kettlebells and dumbbells up to 25kg, as well as equipment for functional training. Clients love the ambiance of this bright and airy space.

Sessions are always tailored to individuals, and are always fun. I take your training seriously, but believe sessions shouldn't be a chore. My special skill is "Kerrying" my clients... I know at a glance when you have something left in the tank (even if you try and kid me on!) and push you to safely achieve that little bit more than you would if you were training on your own.

Sessions are tailored to your abilities, meeting you where you are now, but helping you take that extra step towards your goal. I utilise kettlebells, weight training, bodyweight exercises and functional exercises as well as stretching and mobilisation. Its a recipe made with ingredients to suit the individual!
