Hello! And welcome!
I thought it might be good for you to get to know me a little better and delve a little deeper into the world of fitness, food, wellbeing, health and wellness, and so the blog was born!
I'm a PT... but maybe not as you know it! For a start I'm a mid-life woman in the depths of perimenopause. I HATED exercise until I was in my 40's and would do anything to avoid it. I definitely do not have abs (well I do, but they'll never be visible) and I totally understand that life gets lifey sometimes and not everyones first priority is to hit the gym 5 times a week.
I believe in educating my clients around food and fitness and empowering them so they can navigate life in the best ways. No more guilt about having an ice cream on holiday, and definitely no more licking an apple twice a week and calling that dinner!
I'm a human not a fitness automaton, and I am all about making fitness fun. Now, don't imagine that means I don't work clients hard, because I do! but we have some fun doing it! I know your goal isn't to become an Olympic athlete (if it is then you're definitely in the wrong place!!) but its to move better, look after your health, get stronger and not groan when you stand up off the sofa!
